The 369 Manifestation Method is a Law of Attraction (LOA) ritual. It helps you manifest your desires by writing down what you want in the following order: 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night. You follow this process for 33 or 45 days.
On social network TikTok, a variety of the 369 Method became popular. It doesn’t involve jotting down the same sentence 18 times a day, but instead encourages you to focus on a person in the morning, an intention in the afternoon, and the goal at night.
How does 369 Manifestation work?
Before beginning the ritual, you write down your desire in the most abstract way. Then, you find words that describe how you feel about that dream coming true. Ultimately, you combine the two into a powerful affirmation that triggers your emotions every time you write or read it.
Let’s try with two examples here, shall we?
- Desire: own a Mercedes-Benz A-class model
- Emotions: pride, wealth, comfort, safety
- Affirmation: I feel so proud and abundant, owning this Mercedes-Benz A-class car. The driving experience is unrivaled; I feel safe and I have never been so comfortable in a car. I truly feel like the king/queen of the road.
- Desire: get my ex back
- Emotions: love, wholeness, gratitude
- Affirmation: I am so grateful that my love has returned. I feel whole again. Our love will last forever, and together we will build a bright future. Thank you, Universe.
Of course, you will have your own desires and your very own way of triggering emotions around the subject. But you get the idea. So find a pen and a piece of paper, and start playing around with the desire, the emotions, and the eventual affirmation.
Dos and don’ts
With some people, a new ritual evokes skepticism. For others, a new process is really exciting and creates high expectations. Whichever end of the spectrum you are on, it is best to start with a small desire. Something you would like to happen, but that you won’t obsess over. This way, the Universe can do its work without your interference.
Remember to really infuse your phrase with emotion. The idea here is to speak to your subconsciousness, which is your direct connection to the Universe.
As you will read in the paragraph below, the 369 Manifesting Method is partly inspired by the 17-second rule. That’s why you’ll want your affirmations to take at least 17 seconds to write – two sentences or longer.
Who invented the 369 Manifesting Method?
In creating this method, Karin was inspired by the work of physicist Nikola Tesla, which is why some now call this the Nikola Tesla Manifestation Method. Tesla had reportedly said: “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe.”
Karin had asked her spirit guides for a way to leverage these ‘divine numbers’ in her daily practice when, one day, she was inspired to create this technique. The method builds on the 17-second rule by Abraham-Hicks: focus on your desire for 17 seconds to set a manifestation process in motion.
